Here we are already in November. We went from 80's to 40's... HOLY COW! Speaking of cows

I love these and have several. Are they no longer making new ones? So, today there is a local Open Studios of artists... where you can go check them out in action. I would love to have participated but since you can't even get in my studio  - I think it better wait. Haha. So, it is off to the studio I go to clean. Time for that giant sale I have been saying I was going to have. Check back and see what goodies are on the list. Have a wonderful day and make sure you say hi to all my pink friends at Beverly's!

Well somehow October has totally flown by. What the banana? I had started with Bella's costume early - got the pattern and fabric and well now here it is and how am I going to crank it out? I hope it will turn out ok since I have self taught basic sewing skills. I really should learn not to mention clean out my studio so I can get in there.

My pink is some of the flowers in one of our beds. They remind me of some earbobs my Grandmother used to wear. You know the clip kind that would squeeze your ear. Loved dressing  up in those when I went to visit. I would layer all her beads on and walk around her house with them. Guess it that is why I always must accessorize.

Five Years Later

This is my dog Chanel. (Bella decided she needed to dress up for the picture that day.) She was our first dog. She joined Los and I on our 2nd anniversary and we had the pleasure of being loved by her for 11 years! She was a wonderful dog and the best friend. She ate a few of Carlos' shirts (he left gum in the pocket), chewed a few of my shoes, ate Bella's crayons, loved perfume, sat in a chair like a person, could say hohoho and was there for me always!

She got lung cancer and pasted very quickly five years ago. She is loved everyday, missed everyday and will be thought of everyday!

Holy cow! We went from 90's to 70's with lows in the 40's. Which means I can finally get the birdhouse finished for a dear winner waiting. :-) The garage studio will not be a million degrees. I am pretty excited about being able to fire the kiln and not worry about melting the paint of my Mini.

No shows for the artchics today. My little artchic made Middle School All County Orchestra and there is a performance today. Way to go Bella!

Well the artchics booth just keeps getting pinker. Check it out... oh yes that is a pink tent! Score!

Last weekend we won 2nd place in booth design and it is only our second festival. We are so excited. Today we will be doing a trunk show at a local golf clubhouse. Hope the weather stays great.

Hello little neglected blog. I so hope to do better. Lots have been going on here at the artchics headquarters. We did our first 2 day festival last weekend. Here are the photos of our yummy booth and pretties we had.

We are in the South and it is still in the 90's... hello I need to work in garage studio and not melt. Lovely blog winner is patiently waiting her birdhouse, that it has been too hot to work on. Maybe next yeah I can get an ac. So what have you been up to?
