Guess what? This is my 100th post and I lost 4 lbs last week. I think we should celebrate. Keep in touch and see what I have in store for celebration.
So, back to Weightloss Wednesday. I have stayed with WW and just really watching what I eat. I have cut out the sodas except for the ginger ale needed during a stomach bug. I really enjoy alot of the foods that are low in points. Water intake is still good. Please stop by Jennifer's blog and see the rest of the people.
