Weightloss Wednesday

My friend Jennifer at Rosey Little Things is having a blog along. She recently had a baby and is trying to get in shape. I decided to join, because I would like for my clothes to fit better, eat healthier and exercise more. I am also trying to eat healthy without spending a fortune. One of my weaknesses is eating out at restaurants and oh don't forget how I love pasta.

I have decided to set small weekly goals so I am not overwhelmed. I hope to walk 3 times a week at least. I have to find a walking buddy in the am since I find it lonely. I will rotate with the wii fit as well! I am also trying to give up candy bars.

If you have trouble finding a walking buddy, I had good luck finding not one but TWO fitness buddies on exericisefriends.com. It sounds odd but everyone on there seems to really want to get fit and help each other!
