We are having the best weather this week. I walked last night and it was delightful. My goal is to walk at least 4 times a week and do wii FIT at least twice. Healthy eating this week was the turkey sausage I used in the sauce instead of hamburger. It was very good I might add. I have some whole wheat pasta to give a try. It is small things, but I am hoping over the long run it will pay off instead of the roller coaster eating I normally do. Visit
