Happy Hump Day!

Still getting back into the routine of things and kicking the Bronchitis. I can say with it I have added a lot of water and that is good for Weight Loss Wednesday. The constant cough is becoming a pain. Once the crud is gone I will be adding an indoor exercise, since it is too cold out. Any suggestions? What is your fav exercise dvd?

Eat In Month Challenge is still going well. However, will be hitting a screaming halt on Monday when I meet up with my friend to discuss names for her new idea. Since I am freelance breakfast and lunch places are where I hold my meetings. I am still very pleased at how well it is going. Carrying lunch is not bad if you have a cute bag to carry it in.

Seven more posts to 100! Whoohoo!! Stay warm everyone.

Happy Hump Day Sweetie...
Sounds like you have the same stuff I just got. I feel like I got ran over by a BIG MAC truck today. Before my head throbbing, my heavy chest and my horrible sore throat, I am not sure which hurts the worse.

So happy to hear there is hope for me. At least I can sit outside in the warm sun here in Phoenix, and it might make me feel a little better. You think? I didn't think so either.

Have a beautiful day, and congrats on doing so well with your Eat In month challenge.

Country hugs sweetie..>Sherry

Hi April Sweetie...
I wanted to pop on over this evening and see how you were feeling. Sounds like you are still trying to kick this bronchitis.

I have left some chicken noodle soup, a box of tissues and some other necessities over on my blog for you. Please stop by and pick them up.

Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

Congrats on keeping up with the Eat In Month Challenge - sorry to hear you're sick, though!

I've done the Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred DVD and really, really like it. It's a short workout, but it really works you out. You can also move up to the next level on your terms (when you're ready!)

Good luck!
